I bet you're hoping for a miraculous answer....in reality he gets utterly filthy on walks to the point where his legs and undercarriage are black, and he's soaked from rain. (although he doesn't swim which is a plus!) I just shove him in the kitchen and leave him to clean himself. He does a pretty darn good job.
We've never given him a bath. The mere thought makes me shudder with fear.
